Sintering
Sintering is a manufacturing process with which metal powder is pressed in a die. Then the parts are baked in an oven, during which they get their hardness.
Sintering is done in iron alloys and copper/bronze alloys.
Examples of the powder metallurgy are parts for locks, electric hand tools, automotive industry, bearings.
